This version is a pre-launch baseline for demo and early usage of Logistics Prototype. It should be legally approved before public production launch.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Logistics Prototype by businesses acting in the course of trade.
The service is not offered to consumers.

3. Subject matter
Logistics Prototype is a SaaS product for technical sourcing, quotation coordination, and operations-heavy case handling.
The exact scope depends on the agreed demo, pilot, or production usage and the current product description.
4. Demo and pre-launch stage
The public-facing information currently supports internal demos, market testing, and pilot conversations.
Features, pricing, availability, and service scope may change before production launch.
5. Registration and access
Access may be created through registration, invitation, or separate approval.
Customers must keep credentials confidential and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
6. Permitted use
Use is limited to legitimate business purposes. Illegal content, abuse, technical attacks, and unauthorized disruptive automation are prohibited.
7. Pricing and contract conclusion
Prices shown on the website are preliminary B2B guidance unless an explicit binding offer is confirmed.
A binding contract is concluded only through express acceptance, a separate agreement, or a clearly defined self-serve purchase flow.
8. Availability and changes
During the demo and pre-launch stage, the provider may change, expand, restrict, or temporarily disable features where necessary for development, security, or operations.
9. Liability
The provider has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence in relation to essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the CISG.
To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
